  • Provide eSign and credentialing instructions, as well as request information for a mobile app if applicable
  • Establish a clear timeline of necessary steps for all resources involved
  • Maintain consistent weekly communication through email updates and status meetings
  • Design and customize your environment with your institution’s unique branding and color scheme
  • Execute training of systems - including optional on-location training
  • Test your video banking environment until it is ready to go live
