At approximately 11:00 AM CDT on September 2, 2025, Invo became aware of a server issue causing outages for some of our clients.

We will provide further updates as soon as we receive more information. If you have additional questions or are experiencing an outage, please contact your account representative.


UPDATE - 11:47 AM CDT: Currently, the server outages have been resolved and are not presenting further issues.

UPDATE - 12:37 PM CDT: We don’t have any clients reporting server outages, but are getting reports of servers that are a bit slower than normal.


FINAL UPDATE AND RECAP - 4:41 PM CDT: At approximately 11:00 AM CDT, Invo servers experienced temporary disruptions due to certain sites reaching their server resource limits. When these limits are reached, requests begin to queue and response times slow down, which can lead to intermittent errors or delays in accessing hosted applications.

Invo’s infrastructure team identified the root cause promptly and took corrective action to restore stability. They have since adjusted resource thresholds and implemented additional monitoring to help prevent similar issues from recurring.

At this time, all systems are operating normally. Invo is monitoring performance closely and making further optimizations as needed to ensure reliability.
