UPDATE - Thursday, July 30 - 9:57 AM CDT: Invo has learned of a known issue affecting video calls on Google Chrome version 150 and above. This version introduced changes affecting WebRTC, the technology our video platform relies on for real-time audio and video. Microsoft Edge has a release scheduled for today that we expect to create similar issues.

To maintain uninterrupted service until a fix is deployed, please refrain from updating or checking browser versions at this time. Your browser may automatically update if you attempt to check which version it’s on.

Invo’s team is working directly with our video provider to resolve this, and a fix will be deployed to all cloud tenants once available.

We will update with relevant information pertaining to Invo’s services as needed.
